Terms of use.
These are the plain-English terms for joining the Kaya waitlist and corresponding with us. By submitting the form at kayacare.app, you agree to them.
Who we are
Kaya is a product being built by Ashish Verma. Contact: ashish@kayacare.app. See the Impressum for full operator details.
What the waitlist is
Kaya is a real-time German translator for healthcare workers in Germany. It is in active development and not yet released. Joining the waitlist means:
- We hold your contact details so we can notify you when early access opens for your cohort.
- We may occasionally email you with relevant product updates (not marketing blasts).
- You can unsubscribe any time with one click.
No guarantees
Kaya is an early-stage product. We make a best-effort promise but we don't guarantee:
- A specific launch date (we currently target 1 July 2026 for first cohorts, but this may shift).
- Access for every person on the waitlist — cohorts are sized.
- That the final product will include every feature described on the waitlist page (we'll build the most useful first).
What we expect from you
- Accurate information in the signup form. Fake names and emails just waste our time and yours.
- No automated or bulk submissions. The form has anti-bot protections.
- Treat correspondence from Kaya as personal and confidential until public launch.
What you can expect from us
- Your data handled in line with our privacy policy and the GDPR.
- A real reply from a real person in your language when your cohort opens.
- One-click unsubscribe, no dark patterns.
- No sale or sharing of your details with third parties.
Termination
You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist if you abuse the form, try to game the system, or send abusive communication.
Intellectual property
All content on kayacare.app — text, images, design, code — is © 2026 Kaya. You may share a link to the site freely. Any reuse of content or product screenshots requires prior written consent.
Liability
Kaya's waitlist is a free service provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under German or EU law — including liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Commercial Court.
Nothing in this clause overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. For consumers habitually resident in the European Economic Area, the consumer-protection provisions of your member state continue to apply to the extent required by law.
Changes to these terms
We'll email waitlist members if we make material changes. Small edits (typos, clarifications) will be published here with an updated "Last updated" date.
