What we expect from you

What you can expect from us

Paid plans & refunds

Kaya offers optional paid plans — currently the Kaya Founding Member one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment, tax (including EU VAT), and refunds on our behalf. For EU/UK customers the contracting entity is Paddle.com Market Ltd or Paddle B.V., depending on your location. By buying a paid plan, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. See the full refund policy for how to claim, processing times, and what's eligible.

Prices are shown in EUR exclusive of VAT where applicable; Paddle will calculate and add the correct VAT at checkout based on your location. Receipts and invoices are issued by Paddle.

Current status: Kaya is in public beta. Paid checkout is now live through Paddle.

Termination

You can leave the waitlist at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. We reserve the right to remove you from the waitlist if you abuse the form, try to game the system, or send abusive communication.

Intellectual property

All content on kayacare.app — text, images, design, code — is © 2026 Kaya. You may share a link to the site freely. Any reuse of content or product screenshots requires prior written consent.

Liability

Kaya's waitlist is a free service provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under German or EU law — including liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore International Commercial Court.

Nothing in this clause overrides mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. For consumers habitually resident in the European Economic Area, the consumer-protection provisions of your member state continue to apply to the extent required by law.

Changes to these terms

We'll email waitlist members if we make material changes. Small edits (typos, clarifications) will be published here with an updated "Last updated" date.
