As Kaya is operated as an individual early-stage project and no taxable turnover has yet occurred, no VAT identification number (USt-IdNr.) has been issued. This will be updated once the legal entity is registered.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, reachable at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
